Livesey, James
c.1763-1842

A cotton spinner with a large mill at Bury Bridge, Lancs. After fifty years as a WM, in 1836 he joined the WMA. In 1837 he attended the Annual Assembly in Liverpool and was elected President in succession to Samuel Warren.
