Bakewell, John
e.m. 1827

President of the MNC Conference in 1844. He began his circuit ministry in 1827 at Hanley, Staffs, was Connexional Editor from 1841 to 1847 and Book Steward from 1844 to 1848. He left the Connexion for an Independent congregation in 1849.
