WM minister, who edited a volume in 1873 entitled The Wesleyan Methodist Itinerary, with later editions in 1885 and 1897. This became widely known under its later title of Hall's Circuits and Ministers.He also edited a collected edition of the ministerial obituaries from the Minutes of Conference 1777-1840 under the title Memorials of Wesleyan Methodist Ministers or the Yearly Death Roll (1876).
