Mounstephen, Sir William Henry
1868-1946

WM layman, a leather merchant and JP, born on 8 November 1868. He was chairman of the Home for the Blind and of the Mercantile Association in his native Devonport. He was a member of the Wesley Guild General Council and its Vice-President for a time and represented the District at seven Conferences. He was knighted in 1933 and died on 9 May 1946.
