Vanstone, Isaac Balkwill
1827-1909; e.m. 1851

BC itinerant, born at Shebbear, where he became a member of the parish choir. He joined the BCs in 1848 and worked for Samuel Thorne in the BC Printing Office. He was Associate Book Steward and Associate Editor, 1881-1882, Foreign Secretary of the Missionary Society 1885-1904 and Treasurer of the Preachers' Annuitant Society for 11 years. He was President of the Conference in 1873. He died on 5 March 1909.
