Baulkwill, William Robert Kellaway
1860-1915; e.m. 1882

BC minister, born on 28 May 1860. He was connexional treasurer 1902-6, missionary treasurer 1901-8 and President of the Conference in 1904. He was Governor of Shebbear College, 1909-15. He died on 6 August 1915.
