This monthly magazine was edited by Alexander Kilham following his expulsion by the 1796 Conference. It was suggested by a Mr. Moir of Aberdeen and ran from October 1796 to September 1797, being succeeded by the Methodist New Connexion Magazine. It served as a mouthpiece for Kilham's arguments in favour of the admission of laymen to the Conference.
