An unofficial PM organization, originally called the Social Services Union and similar to those in the UM and WM, this originated at the Conference of 1906, with the aim of increasing the sense of social responsibility and the social implications of the gospel. Samuel Horton was General Secretary and W.E. Curry Organizing Secretary.
