This was the final name of a loosely-knit movement (eschewing organization) which sought to bring together those involved in the charismatic renewal movement within Methodism. A publication Quest existed between 1961 and 1965 and from 1968 a Newsletter circulated among those interested in Holy Spirit renewal. Dunamis, which had a much wider influence, first appeared in 1972. Both the magazine and the 'organism' which centred on its readership ceased in the mid '90s because of the conviction that the charismatic witness had been established. Dunamis had some shared activities with the Methodist Revival Fellowship and Headway.
