This celebration event began in 1988, involving training, education, music, drama and evangelism. It was held annually during Easter week and was arranged by the Rob Frost Organization. It first met at Camber Sands and has since been held at Blackpool, Torquay, Llandudno, Scarborough and Bournemouth. By 1999 it had grown from 800 to 12,000 participants and was divided between several regional venues. After two decades, it ceased to be held in 2007, with plans for replacement by a new event to be called the 'Pentecost Festival'.
